PORT HURON – State Representative John Espinoza (D-Croswell) will hold a coffee hour on Monday, March 24, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The informal gathering will take place in the Public Meeting Room in the City Council Chambers of the Port Huron Municipal Office Center, McMorran Place.
