BROWN CITY – State Representative John Espinoza (D-Croswell) will hold a coffee hour on Monday, Nov. 9, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. The informal gathering will take at Bud's Corner Restaurant, 4000 Main St. in Brown City.
